- Query reply – We provide a free of cost comprehensive line of treatment and cost of treatment within 24 hrs of sharing your query (medical reports) with us.
- Visa invitation – We will issue visa invitation letter (VIL) free of cost on sharing the passport copies of the patient and the attendant.
• Airport pick/drop – Once you share your flight itinerary, we will make the necessary arrangements including airport pick-up on arrival and departure on completion of treatment.
• Accommodation – We provide assistance in booking guesthouse/hotel in close proximity to the hospital as per the patient’s preference. We also will assist in making arrangements for sightseeing as desired.
Course Of Treatments
Doctor’s appointment – We will fix an appointment with the doctor as desired. Surgery is usually planned the next day after reviewing the test results. A relationship manager will be assigned to assist the patient starting from the time of hospital admission till discharge.
• Hospital stay – Patients have the option of staying in different categories of hospital room depending on their budget – Economy/4 bedded room, Twin sharing/semi private, Single room/private, Deluxe room. On an average, neuro-spine patients stay in the hospital for 3-5 days depending on the procedure and overall condition of the patient.
• Accommodation and food for the attendant – while the patient is admitted, one attendant is allowed to stay with the patient in the room. The meals for one patient attendant during the stay in the hospital room are provided complimentary.
• Interpretor services – An in-house language translator service is provided for non-english speaking patients including Afghani/Parsi, Arabic, French, Russian
